Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomato
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
2 2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
-
Brown turkey or beef and onion and drain.
Add stewed tomato, tomato paste, water, sugar, parsley flakes and basil to cooked meat.
Mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and oregano.
