Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 ripe bananas
    2 c. broken pecans
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Blend shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat in flour, soda, salt and bananas.
    Fold in pecans.
    Grease and flour a cake pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
    Let set in pan 10 to 15 minutes before taking out.
