Fresh Fruitade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange spice tea
    1/3 c. honey
    juice of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 lime
    3 qt. sparkling water
    ice cubes
    juice of 2 oranges
Preparation
    In a 1-quart saucepan, combine tea and honey.
    Bring to a boil; add juices of lemon, lime and oranges.
    Bring to boil, stirring frequently, boiling about 7 minutes or until slightly syrupy.
    Chill mixture.
    For each serving, place 2 tablespoons syrup mixture in a chilled tall tea glass.
    Add 1 cup sparkling water and ice.
    Stir well.
    Contains 35 calories and less than 0.1 gram fat.
