Green Chili Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 pt. sour cream
1 or 2 small cans chopped green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Cook rice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix in sour cream. Pour half mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle half cheese and green chilies on top. Add another layer of rice mixture and repeat with cheese and chilies. Put a few dabs of butter on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
