Cream Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 eggs
    15 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    dash of garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. chives
Preparation
    Mix beef, tomato paste, eggs, Ritz crackers, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Split meat in half.
    Pat half in bottom of pan.
    Mix softened cream cheese, oregano and chives well. Spoon cheese mixture over the half you patted in pan.
    Put remaining ground beef over top of cream cheese mixture. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
