Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can slivered water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. corn flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together except butter, almonds and flakes.
Put in casserole.
Melt butter in skillet; add almonds and flakes.
Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 35 minutes.
This can be prepared a couple of days before serving.
Cover with aluminum foil when baking.
