Pa'S 7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, beaten
6 oz. 7-Up
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Combine butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs and 7-Up. Mix together. Add flour, vanilla and lemon extract. Beat until smooth. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 65 minutes in a tube pan. The finished cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar or frosted.
