Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks (save whites)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. raisins, ground
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sour cream, flour and spices.
    Mix well.
    Stir in raisins.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream or use the egg whites for meringue.
