Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken
    4 Tbsp. green onion
    5 Tbsp. grated ginger
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth from boiling of chicken
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut chicken in quarters.
    Boil for 25 minutes.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Chop chicken into serving pieces.
    Mix rest of ingredients together.
    Pour over chicken and serve.
