Egg Sauce For Boiled Fowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. chicken stock
    3 or 4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Rub egg yolks, flour and butter together.
    Add to hot stock slowly and let boil very slowly for about 5 minutes.
    Take from heat; add whites of eggs (mashed with a fork).
    Serve.
