Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/3 c. milk
    1 med. chopped onion OR 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed Tomato soup OR Cream of Mushroom OR Cream of Celery soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Make into good sized balls and put in baking dish.
    Cover with soup and water.
    Bake covered in 350 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes or until done.
