Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    6 small onions
    1 red sweet pepper
    1 small bundle celery
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 c. butter melted in 1 c. flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, celery, onion and pepper until tender; run through a sieve.
    Return to stove; add other ingredients and cook until smooth and creamy.
    Can process 5 minutes.
    Makes 5 pounds.
