Blue Cheese Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked macaroni (2 c. uncooked macaroni)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 level Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and chill at least 1 hour.
    Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce or in tomato cups.
    Serves about 12.
