Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento (optional)
1 1/2 c. Durkee French onions
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup French fried onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Top with cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
Makes 6 servings.
