Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Place ingredients in blender container in order given. Blend 30 seconds. Stop and stir down sides. Blend 30 to 60 seconds until smooth or mix in bowl with wire whisk or mixer. First combine flour and eggs, adding liquid gradually. Beat until smooth and add other ingredients. Makes about 16 crepes. Pour in crepe machine. If you don't have a machine, pour about a 6-inch round in a nonstick skillet. Takes only a small amount of time to cook.
