"Chalupas"(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. round flat tortilla shells
    1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
    lettuce, shredded
    tomatoes, chopped
    onions, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    salsa and sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Layer the beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese on the shells.
    Then roll up and heat in microwave for about 2 or 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and beans are warm.
    Can also be eaten cold.
    It is just as good.
