Cubed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper
round steak
1/4 c. oil
garlic salt

Preparation

Cut steak into 1 inch cubes.
Add 1/2 cup flour and fry in hot oil.
Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper; cook to desired doneness.
