Hawaiian Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes
    basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
    cheese (your choice)
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and drain.
    Brown meat, onion and pepper; drain. Add the 4 spices.
    Add rice and tomatoes; simmer.
    Layer cabbage, ground beef mixture and cheese.
    Make 2 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese melts.
    Will feed 25 people (1/2 cup each).
