Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put butter, sugar, molasses and egg into mixing bowl; beat well until creamy.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and spices together.
    Add to creamed mixture; blend well.
    Form into balls.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
    Bake about 10 minutes.
    Let cool a little before removing to cooling trays.
