Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken cut in pieces
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam
    1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix together jam, dressing and soup mix.
    Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove chicken.
    Stir cooked rice into juice.
