Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked, deboned and shredded
    2 c. self-rising flour
    8 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut
    flour, Crisco and baking soda in mixing bowl until it resembles
    cornmeal.
    Add
    milk; roll out on floured board and cut
    into
    strips.
    Let dry for 30 minutes before placing over your
    boiled
    and
    deboned chicken.
    Cook for 20 minutes without taking the lid off the pan.
