Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson Oil
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix first eight ingredients together. Add apples and nuts last. Bake 55 minutes to one hour at 350\u00b0. Cool 10 minutes before taking out of pan.
