Stromboli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 T. sugar
1 T. salt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg
Preparation

Combine 1 1/4 c. flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Blend together. Heat water, milk and oil until warm. Add the egg and the warm liquid to the flour mixture. Blend well. Add remaining flour. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth and pliable. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Roll out into a rectangle shape and layer with filling.
