Coo-Coo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salted cod, sardines, smoked herring or salmon
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add corn meal.
    Stir in onion and parsley.
    When hot, add fish.
