Tupperware Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 sticks butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    In Fix-N-Mix bowl, place flour.
    Scald milk.
    Cool with water, sugar, salt, beaten eggs and yeast.
    Pour liquid in well.
    Do not stir.
    Seal and burp.
    Wait until seal pops up.
    Don't break seal. Melt butter or oleo.
    Pour in bowl and mix.
    Knead to consistency. Add more flour if necessary.
    Seal and burp.
    Wait until seal pops. Knead and roll in rolls or make into 3 loaves of bread.
    Let rise in pan 20 minutes or longer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown and crusty.
