Corn Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ears corn, grated
    1 pt. sweet milk, heated
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. corn meal (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add to corn.
    Add milk, melted butter, salt, pepper and corn meal.
    Bake in greased casserole in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
    Set pan in boiling water to prevent overcooking.
    Serves 6.
