Christmas Morning Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk (whole milk is best)
    1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 rounded tsp. salt
    2 slices bread
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (a little more if desired)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.
    Break up bread in mixture.
    Add sausage and cheese.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and pour in the mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Good served with fresh fruit and hot biscuits.
