Unstuffed Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    1 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese spread
    1 c. chopped tomato
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    Dash of basil leaves
    Dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and peppers in an 8-inch skillet; drain.
    Reduce heat; continue cooking 5 minutes or until green pepper is crisp-tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly.
    Makes 4 servings.
