Country Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium to large potatoes
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter (not margarine)
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. chives
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil.
    While potatoes are boiling, melt butter in saucepan.
    Mix in soup and sour cream.
    Drain potatoes and mix in soup and sour cream mixture, then add grated cheese and chives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or put in crock-pot.
