Foil Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 small onion
    2 medium potatoes
    4 chicken breasts or thighs
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut carrots, celery, onion and potatoes into bite size pieces.
    Wash chicken under cold water and pat dry. Place 1 piece of chicken and 1/4 of the vegetables on each of 4 pieces of aluminum foil.
    Add a pat of butter to each and season with salt and pepper.
    Bring foil up over chicken and fold edges tightly.
    Bake 1 hour or until chicken and potatoes are tender.
