Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. meal
1 tsp. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 grated onions
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then onion.
Add buttermilk and beaten eggs.
Drop into hot cooking oil by teaspoonfuls.
