Ingredients

1/4 c. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine mustard, sugar and salt.
Add vinegar and egg blending well.
Cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Store in refrigerator.
