Colcannon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, not peeled
    1 lb. green cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 or 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    grated Cheddar cheese
    approximately 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Choose casserole according to number of servings desired and adjust ingredients accordingly.
