Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine
8 oz. Cool Whip
any fruits
Preparation
-
Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add juice, egg and margarine.
Cook until thick.
Cool.
Add Cool Whip.
Fold in gently.
Add any fruits, about 4 cups pineapple, strawberries, bananas, grapes, apples and nuts.
