Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    12 oz. bottle beer
    3/4 to 1 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir eggs slightly to break yolks.
    Add beer and salt (gently).
    Add flour, leaving it lumpy.
    Flour and season fish and then dip fish into batter.
    Drop into hot fat.
