Orangey Green Beans With Crispy Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans, trimmed
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. grated orange zest
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. sliced natural almonds
    1/4 c. French fried onions
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring water to the boil.
    Add beans and cook until tender, about 7 to 9 minutes; drain.
    Combine vinegar, garlic, zest, salt and pepper until salt dissolves.
    Slowly whisk in oil until mixture thickens slightly.
    In serving bowl, combine beans with vinaigrette until coated.
    Set aside.
