Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    in large bowl. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Combine
    dry
    ingredients. Add to egg mixture; blend well.
    Stir
    in
    nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    2 loaves. You may add less cinnamon, if you like.
