Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large flour tortillas
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
    salsa or catsup (optional)
Preparation
    Cook bacon in nonstick skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Crumble and set aside.
    Heat tortillas in 1 teaspoon of oil about 30 seconds or until soft.
    Beat eggs and pepper in bowl.
    Cook eggs in 1 teaspoon of oil.
    Sprinkle cheese down center of tortilla.
    Top with eggs and bacon.
    Serve with salsa or catsup.
