Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. freshly popped corn
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar, Karo and salt. Stir constantly until starts to boil.
    Stop stirring.
    Cook another 5 minutes. Remove from burner.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Stir.
    Pour over popcorn, stir.
    Place in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Turn every 15 minutes.
    Let cool completely.
    Break up.
