Lean Chicken Gravy Or Lean Beef Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 dashes freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine bouillon cubes, water and onion. Simmer gently 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve bouillon cubes.
