4 individual dessert sponge cakes
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
strawberry sauce
Preparation

Place a sponge cake on a dessert plate.
Top each sponge cake with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Top with 2 to 3 tablespoons of strawberry sauce.
Serve immediately.
Decorate with almonds if you like.
