Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    15 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sage
    approximately 5 c. or 2 1/2 small cans broth
    2 eggs, beaten (add to small amount broth)
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation
    Cook onions and celery slowly in butter.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix gently.
    Bake in greased baking dish or put in greased crock-pot on high for approximately 1/2 hour, then on low at least 3 hours.
