Pineapple-Cheese Christmas Casserole - cooking recipe

2 large cans pineapple chunks
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
4 oz. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together pineapple and cheese. Set aside.
Mix together sugar and flour.
Add to the fruit and cheese mixture.
Spread mixture in an 8 x 11-inch or a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Spread crushed crackers over top.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 12.
