Freezer Peanut Butter-Choc. Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Preparation
    Cream butter, peanut
    butter
    and sugar at medium speed of an electric mixer
    until
    light
    and fluffy.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla, beating
    well.
    Combine
    flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in chocolate morsels. Shape dough into
    2
    logs;\twrap
    in waxed paper and freeze at least 8
    hours.
    Cut
    dough
    into
    1/4-inch
    slices; place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake
    at\t250\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 1 minute; remove cookies to wire racks and cool completely.
    Yields about 4 dozen.
