Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chuck roast
1 can mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper and flour
oil
2 c. water
Preparation
-
Salt and pepper roast.
Dredge in flour and brown.
Lay in baking dish.
Layer with onions, pepper and mushrooms.
Pour on liquid (water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce).
Cover dish and bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
