Garlic Chops And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    Mrs. Dash, sprinkle to cover top of chops
    salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle to cover top of chops
Preparation
    Brown chops in garlic, margarine and spices.
    Then turn the heat down.
    Add water, enough to 1/2 way up the side of the chops. Slowly simmer for 1/2 hour.
