Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn
    1 large Bermuda onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Bac*Os
    1 head cauliflower, cut
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, onion, cauliflower, Bac*Os and cheese in a bowl.
    Cover with mayo.
    Sprinkle sugar over top.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Toss with salt and pepper before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
