Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Blend in flour and eggs.
    Add pineapple, milk and sweet potatoes.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown and set.
