Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk (1/2 c. Pet milk)
    1/8 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water, combined
    2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast with 1/4 cup warm water; stir.
    Add sugar, stirring to dissolve yeast completely.
    Add salt, milk mixture and cooking oil.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Knead with spoon about 20 to 25 times.
    Cover and let stand and rise for 2 hours.
    Punch and knead with greased hands about 10 to 12 times.
    Make rolls and put on greased baking pan.
    Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Pour melted butter over rolls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Yields 15 rolls.
