Greenbrier Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 small pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
-
Mix water, jello and marshmallows in pan over medium heat until marshmallows have melted.
Let cool completely.
Stir rest of ingredients into cooled jello mixture.
Put into serving bowl and chill.
